Each online order is prepared with our original MCM packaging materials, including dust bags and/or specific product boxes for small leather goods, ribbons and shipping boxes, all printed with our MCM logo.
If you select the gift wrapping option during checkout, we will also provide our original MCM packaging with message cards/envelope.
We currently only offer standard domestic shipping within Japan.
We currently do not.

You can select your preferred shipping date and time by selecting in the date and time selector on the shipping page. However, the earliest date you could select is 8 business days from the day you place your order.
If you would like to receive your package as soon as possible, please choose the ‘as soon as possible’ option on the date selector. We do not ship during the weekends or public holidays. It usually takes about 2-4 days for the package to be delivered, depending on your shipping address.
After you contact our customer service and your return request has been approved, we will wait for your returned product. After your returned product is checked and processed, you will receive a notification by email. The refund will be processed to the debit or credit card originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
In order to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible, we now offer in-store pickup on select items. See In-Store Pickup section for details.

We understand why you’d want to get your MCM items as fast as possible, so we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays. Processing time is calculated from the moment an order is placed on the website and includes 1 to 2 business days for processing and dispatching. Processing may take longer during our sale periods or other high-peak seasons. There may also be a delay if we need to confirm your details with your card issuer or due to product availability. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Please kindly note that we do not ship on the weekends or public holidays.
