*Any prices without indication of tax inclusive or exclusive, etc. shall be "price without tax"
*The above does not include shipment or handling fee.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card(VISA, Master Card,JCB,Diners Club, American Express), Amazon Pay, Paidy, or Payment on Delivery.
*We accept Cash, Credit Card, and Electronic money for Payment on Delivery.
*No extra Payment on Delivery fee for customers.
*For Paidy, closings take place at the end of each month and email or SMS should be sent by the 5th. Payment methods are at convenience store, bank transfer, or account transfer.
Comission may be added to the monthly payment depending on a payment method.
Payment Due Date
*Credit Card: charged at product shipment, withdrawn in accordance with respective credit card company's terms.
*Paidy: Payment due date for convenience store and bank transfer is the 27th each month, and account transfer is the 27th.
Shipment fee
Basic shipment fees are as follows;
*Product will be shipped within Japan only.
*Shipment fee is complimentary from 1 order.
*We cannot deliver to 2 or more different addresses in 1 order. Please order separately by delivery address.
*2 or more orders cannot be integrated into 1 order after order completion.
Delivery days
Orders completed on this Site will take 1 to 2 business days for delivery, although it may vary depending on delivery region or time of order. Please select your desired date and time from the deliverable date and time upon placing an order.
If you would like to receive the ordered products as soon as possible, please select Shortest Date when selecting the date. The product will be delivered to you within 2-4 days after shipment, depending on the shipping address.
Product receipt period
After shipment of the ordered products, the products will be automatically returned to MCM if;
-the storage period (7 days) from the ship-out date from MCM has passed, but you have not reached out to the contact in the missed delivery notice
-If your address is unknown
*Please order when you can receive the product within the receipt period.
*Please note that we may take measures and refuse use of the Site if customers repeatedly return the products.
If the product is returned because it cannot be delivered (regardless of reason, such as long-term absence or declination of receipt), the product will not be re-delivered. In this case, MCM will refund to the customer the sales price of the product (deducting expenses such as handling fees for delivery).
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchange.
If you wish to return, contact our customer service using the inquiry form within 14 days of product arrival, and return the product attached with the required documents and tags. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior contact. We do not accept exchange for products purchased online.
*We only accept returns if you give prior contact to our customer service within 14 days of product arrival.
*We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or size adjusted.
Repair
We will repair any defect arising from manufacturing within 1 year of purchase from the Site. Please have the "statement of delivery" enclosed with the product in the package ready with you, and contact our customer service using the inquiry form. Our customer service will inform you of how to return the product and the eligible period, etc. However, if you do not present the "statement of delivery", we may not be able to accept your request.
*We don’t accept Payment on Delivery for Repair.
