*Any prices without indication of tax inclusive or exclusive, etc. shall be "price without tax"
*The above does not include shipment or handling fee.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, Diners Club, American Express) or Payment on Delivery
Payment Due Date
Credit Card: charged at product shipment, withdrawn in accordance with respective credit card company's terms.
Payment on Delivery (collection on delivery services): For Payment on Delivery, cash can be used.
* Please note that Payment on Delivery can not be used if total order amount is over 300,000 yen (tax included).
* When paying in cash, please prepare for no change.
* If you do not receive the products within one week after shipping, we will return the shipped products and cancel your orders.
* If refund occurs for Payment on Delivery, it will be remitted to your bank account.
* Payment on Delivery charge (tax included): free
Shipment fee
Basic shipment fees are as follows;
*Product will be shipped within Japan only.
*Shipment fee is complimentary from 1 order.
*We cannot deliver to 2 or more different addresses in 1 order.
Please order separately by delivery address.
*2 or more orders cannot be integrated into 1 order after order completion.
Delivery days
Orders completed on this Site will take 2 to 4 days for delivery, although it may vary depending on delivery region or time of order.
Please select your desired date and time from the deliverable date and time upon placing an order.
If you would like to receive your ordered products as soon as possible, please select 'any date shortest date' when designating the date. Usually, orders received by 17:00 will be shipped on the same date, and orders on or after 17:00 will be shipped on the next business date. In this regard, please kindly note that it may be an exception due to various reasons. Furthermore, orders during weekend and holidays will be handled on the next business date. Depending on the addressee address, the products will be delivered to you approximately 2 to 4 days after shipment.
Product receipt period
After shipment of the ordered products, the products will be automatically returned to MCM if;
-the storage period (7 days) from the shipout date from MCM has passed, but you have not reached out to the contact in the missed delivery notice
-If your address is unknown *The order for the returned product will be cancelled.
Reshipment cannot be made after cancellation.
*Please order when you can receive the product within the receipt period.
*Please note that we may take measures and refuse use of the Site for customers with frequent cancellation due to long term absence or return by undeliverable.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return, contact our customer service using the inquiry form within 14 days of product arrival, and return the product attached with the required documents and tags. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior contact. We do not accept exchange for products purchased online. Request for return in accordance with this Paragraph can be accepted for products with no defect; provided, however, that shipment fee, etc. for return of products with no defect will be borne by you as set forth below.
*We only accept returns if you give prior contact to our customer service within 14 days of product arrival.
*Shipment fees required for the reshipment for such product will be borne by MCM.
*Please use parcel delivery (Yu-Pack, Yamato, Sagawa Express, etc.) for returns. Mail Service, Mail Expresses, Expacks etc. does not offer confirmation of receipt, therefore refund cannot be guaranteed.
*We cannot accept returns of products that have been used or size adjusted, and other products that MCM stipulates not accepting return of such products under Members Terms.
*We do not accept exchange for products purchased online. After the return procedure, please purchase your desired item again.

Repair
We will repair any defect arising from manufacturing within 1 year of purchase from the Site. Please have the "statement of delivery" enclosed with the product in the package ready with you, and contact our customer service using the inquiry form. Our customer service will inform you of how to return the product and the eligible period, etc. However, if you do not present the "statement of delivery", we may not be able to accept your request.
